Pricing & Service Charges – ZoAssist

Service Pricing

ZoAssist provides non-medical personal assistant services on an hourly basis.

Hourly Rate

• ₹299 per hour
• GST @ 18% applicable
• Charges are calculated based on the number of hours booked by the client

Included Services

Our assistants can help with:

• Hospital escort (non-medical support only)
• Bank and government office assistance
• Senior companionship and assistance
• Personal errands and daily help
• Airport / railway station escort (no transport provided)

Excluded Services

ZoAssist does NOT provide:

• Medical treatment or nursing care
• Ambulance services
• Professional healthcare services
• Transportation or vehicles

Booking & Time Calculation

• Service time starts when the assistant begins work at the client’s location
• Service time ends when the assigned task or booked hours are completed
• Any extension beyond the booked hours will require additional booking/payment

Payment Policy

• Payment mode: UPI only
• Cash payments are strictly not accepted
• All payments are collected by ZoAssist, not by the assistant
• A GST invoice is issued after successful payment

Refund & Cancellation

• Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the website
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method
