Service Pricing
- Service charge: βΉ299 per hour + 18% GST
- Minimum billing: 1 hour
- Charges are calculated based on actual service duration
Service Time & Billing
- Service time starts only after OTP confirmation shared by the client
- Service time ends after OTP confirmation at completion
- OTP-verified service duration shall be considered final for billing purposes
Payment Terms
- All payments must be made online via UPI / payment gateway only
- Cash payments are strictly not accepted
- Clients are requested not to pay assistants directly
- A GST invoice will be issued and shared via WhatsApp/email after service completion
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Bookings can be cancelled or modified before service start without any charge
- Once service has started (OTP verified), charges will apply for the time already used
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5β7 working days
Nature of Service
- ZoAssist provides personal assistance manpower services only
- ZoAssist does not provide transportation, vehicles, or medical services
- Assistants do not handle cash, financial decisions, or legal matters on behalf of clients
Assistant Conduct & Safety
- All assistants are background-verified and trained
- Assistants follow strict privacy, safety, and conduct policies
- Any concern must be reported immediately to ZoAssist support

- Services are currently available in Greater Noida and nearby NCR areas
