Pricing, Payment & Service Conditions – ZoAssist

Service Pricing

  • Service charge: β‚Ή299 per hour + 18% GST
  • Minimum billing: 1 hour
  • Charges are calculated based on actual service duration

Service Time & Billing

  • Service time starts only after OTP confirmation shared by the client
  • Service time ends after OTP confirmation at completion
  • OTP-verified service duration shall be considered final for billing purposes

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made online via UPI / payment gateway only
  • Cash payments are strictly not accepted
  • Clients are requested not to pay assistants directly
  • A GST invoice will be issued and shared via WhatsApp/email after service completion

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings can be cancelled or modified before service start without any charge
  • Once service has started (OTP verified), charges will apply for the time already used
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

Nature of Service

  • ZoAssist provides personal assistance manpower services only
  • ZoAssist does not provide transportation, vehicles, or medical services
  • Assistants do not handle cash, financial decisions, or legal matters on behalf of clients

Assistant Conduct & Safety

  • All assistants are background-verified and trained
  • Assistants follow strict privacy, safety, and conduct policies
  • Any concern must be reported immediately to ZoAssist support

Service Availability

  • Services are currently available in Greater Noida and nearby NCR areas
