💰 What is the service pricing?
ZoAssist provides non-medical personal assistant services on an hourly basis.
⏱ What is the hourly rate?
₹299 per hour + 18% GST
📊 How are charges calculated?
Charges are calculated based on the total number of hours booked by the client.
✅ What services are included?
- Hospital escort (non-medical support only)
- Bank and government office assistance
- Senior companionship and assistance
- Personal errands and daily help
- Airport / railway station escort (no transport provided)
❌ What services are NOT included?
- Medical treatment or nursing care
- Ambulance services
- Professional healthcare services
- Transportation or vehicles
⏰ How is service time calculated?
Service time starts when the assistant reaches the client’s location and ends after completion of booked hours or task.
Any extra time requires additional booking and payment.
💳 What is the payment policy?
- UPI payments only
- No cash payments accepted
- Payments collected directly by ZoAssist
- GST invoice provided after payment

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the website.
