  • Payment can be made after service completion or in advance
  • Accepted payment mode: UPI only

  • Cancel anytime before service → 100% Refund

3. If Service Starts but You Stop Early

  • You pay only for the time used
  • Remaining amount is refunded
  • No penalty
  • No arguments

4. If ZoAssist Cannot Provide Service

You can choose either:

  • 100% refund, OR
  • Reschedule the service at your convenience

Your choice.

5. If You Are Not Satisfied

  • Inform us immediately
  • We will replace the assistant, OR
  • Stop the service and refund the remaining amount

6. When Refund Is Not Applicable

Refunds may not apply only if:

  • The service has been fully completed
  • There is misuse, abuse, or unsafe behavior toward ZoAssist staff
  • A false complaint is made after service completion

7. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
  • Amount is returned to the same payment method
